Who Are Cory & Dave?
The principals of Greenell Capital, Cory Greenwood and Dave Ellis, are proud to have called the City of Hamilton home for the past 20 plus years. Observing the unique challenges posed by the demographic, geographic, and political make-up of the City, it became clear early that the opportunities afforded in the housing industry were both available, and abundant.
Partners in Hanlyn Property Management for the past decade, Dave and Cory have continually refined their respective skill sets, repositioning assets on behalf of their clients. With over 700 doors under management, the partners have perfected various strategies to create value across all asset classes, from mixed-use commercial, to 75 unit high-rises in the heart of the City.
The culmination of such experience ultimately led to the creation of Greenell, where Cory and Dave hope to serve their community, adding value to City that has given them so much, while delivering steady financial returns and peace of mind for their investors.
